"The young star, now in his second year, is increasingly assertive, having been honored with the Rookie of the Year award. This accolade brings with it a significant amount of pressure. My presence here, I believe, serves to alleviate some of the strain he endures. I, too, have accumulated a trove of achievements, drawing from which I can offer guidance. Initially, my journey in the league was fraught with adversity, marked by numerous defeats. We lacked the guidance of seasoned veterans. In terms of leading a team, I am still honing my understanding through the lens of competitive experience."
