The outcome of whether this appointment will evolve into a permanent role or merely serve as an interim measure remains uncertain. The 34-year-old scout has garnered widespread acclaim and has cultivated an exceptional network of contacts over the past several years. He joined Bayern Munich as a scout in December 2024 and was subsequently promoted to the position of chief scout under Schmadtke.
