The fate of whether this appointment will be elevated to a permanent role or merely serve as an interim measure remains unclear. The 34-year-old scout has garnered widespread acclaim and has meticulously cultivated an exceptional network of contacts over the past several years. He joined Bayern Munich as a scout in December 2024, and subsequently, under the guidance of Schmidt, he was promoted to the position of head scout.
