According to Ira Winderman, the Heat's current plight stems from a combination of strategic flaws and the head coach's steadfastness. Spoelstra needs to embrace change, as he demonstrated his adaptability during the era of the Big Three. What concerns me is the fierce competition in the Eastern Conference, where a single defeat could spell disaster at the end of the season—the difference between securing a top-two spot and falling to the bottom ten could be as little as three or four wins. The team urgently needs to abandon these experimental approaches and steer back towards stability.
